We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Most of our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects up to 6 months

Can I resize or adjust the fit of my bracelet?

Most of our products are free size, it can be adjusted to any size.
The bracelets have extensions that can be removed.

Can I request a gift packaging or special message?

Yes, we offer gift packaging with a personalized message. Simply contact our customer support to leave a note.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can contact us to check the tracking status of your package, usually the packaging takes only 2~3 days inside of the UAE, 4 days for Fujairah.

How can I find my ring size?

Our rings are available in two options. We offer free-size rings that can be adjusted to fit most finger sizes. Additionally, we have items with fixed sizes, and we provide a Ring Size Guide on our website to help you determine the appropriate size for those specific designs.
